Emeka Anyaeji
Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Emeka holds Bachelors and Master’s Degrees in Law, with specialization in Corporate and Investment Laws. His Industry experience spanning over 25 years cuts across Banking and the Capital market sectors specifically in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, capital market legal and financial advisory, governance and risk management respectively.
Emeka is a consumate Investment Banker with expertise in deal structuring/Investment and Financial Advisory and has participated actively in several large ticket multi Million USD and multi Billion
Naira financial advisory transactions relating to mergers, acquisitions (cross border counter parties inclusive) and various landmark capital raising for corporates and sub-nationals in the Nigerian Capital Market.
A fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Emeka was a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Round Table Committee that reviewed and
drafted SEC Rules (2006/2007).
His Investment Banking career started with Zenith Bank plc in December 1998 and in 2012 he crossed to Quantum Zenith Group as Senior Vice President/Group General Counsel & Head Governance and later became Executive Director before his appointment as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.
